ABOUT US
My Background
- After an 18 year career as a front line police officer, I changed my career path and retrained in education. I worked as a college lecturer teaching 16 – 19 year old students, before moving on to be an employability tutor and mentor. I then went on to work as head of the training department of a large children’s charity where I developed, designed and delivered staff training and also the training for foster carers.
- I have a wealth of experience in many areas and have a broad selection of training to offer.
- We have a number of training packages which will suit most sectors, and also a consultancy service where we can help organisations develop their own training offer.
I am a qualified Teacher, and have other qualifications in Learning & Development and Advanced Leadership & People Management.
